Returns & Refunds

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. We will work with you where possible to ensure customer satisfaction.

In cases where items need to be returned or repaired under warranty please read the conditions listed below.

***Due to COVID-19, we are temporarily unable to process returns. Please check back later for an updated return policy and store re-opening details. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your understanding during this time!***

 Online Purchases

  • New items purchased through Rockit Music's online store must be returned for refund or in-store credit 14 days from the original purchase date. Please note that all return/exchange items MUST be in as new condition, in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
  • Original sales receipts and a Return Authorization form issued by Rockit Music must accompany all returned items. Rockit Music reserves the right to refuse returns for items that have any damage, wear, and glue or tape residue. A 25% re-stocking fee may apply and be charged at Rockit Music's discretion.
  • All new items sold by Rockit Music are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. In any instance where an item is needing repairs under warranty, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs to a recognized warranty repair facility only. All warranty work and return shipping costs will be covered at no additional expense to the customer.

 In-store Purchases

  • New items purchased on-site at Rockit Music may be returned for in-store credit only within 10 days from the original purchase date. Please note that all return/exchange items MUST be in as new condition, in the original packaging.
  • Original sales receipts must accompany all return items. Rockit Music reserves the right to refuse returns for items that have any damage, wear, and glue or tape residue. A 20% re-stocking fee may apply and be charged at Rockit Music's discretion.
  • All new items sold by Rockit Music are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. In any instance where an item is needing repairs under warranty, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs to a recognized warranty repair facility only. All warranty work and return shipping costs will be covered at no additional expense to the customer. Please note that customers are responsible for the costs of shipping items that are being returned, refunded, or exchanged at Rockit Music.

 Used Items

  • All sales of used items are final unless stated otherwise at the time of the sale. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are permitted - some exceptions may apply.
